Mz Angel J first started recording at 13 yrs old in the UK Garage scene. She Had an underground release of a song called ‘Sweetheart’ which was originally sung by Mariah Carey. All copies sold out within a week and was numer 1 in various different garage charts over 6 weeks.
In 2004 appeared on a music reality TV show called ‘Chancers’ an 8 week series aired every sunday on T4. Angel was one of 6 up and coming artists chosen out of thousands to fly to New York to work alongside the americans and be mentored by Fatman Scoop.
Angel also Collaborated with an artist called Lyracis on a song called ‘the one’ produced by Harmony who also produced Chipmunk Feat. Chris Brown ‘Champion’. The video, which was shot in tenerife had heavy rotation on MTV Base and the track was A listed on Londons Choice FM.
Angel Then had a Funky House track out called ‘Smile’…
She then Hooked up with Sharky Major to collaborate on a track called ‘Inspirational’ produced by Rapsz Katai…
Angel is Now part of Major Music Entertainment working on new material. She also Performed at “We Play Music” so watch out for the performance and interview coming to VU-TV soon!!! And also Look out for her new single “Weekend” Feat Lil Nasty, Out Soon.
