Back in the dayz on the ‘London’ soul scene, we danced to release the pressure of the working week. History was in the making, from the turntable DJ’s to the infamous venues they played in! One of those memorable raves was based in CAMDEN next to the station. On Friday nites the queues wrapped both ways, around the tube station and the market! Special reduce priced coloured tickets got you in cheap or free before a certain time (9pm…..Oh my dayz) The music was revolutionary, sublime for the time! For those who really know their soul….
