There was a period of time not so many months ago, when you could not turn on your radio and leave it too long without hearing ‘Soul Fever’, so we know that you know Simbad’s music, even if you didn’t actually know much about him.

This heavyweight DJ, producer and multi-instrumentalist musician has toured the world many times over, rocking dancefloors from Tokyo to LA, Miami to Southport. He’s worked with or remixed a who’s who of names in dance music most recently working closely with Baltimore’s DJ Karizma, with the pair producing music under the name of Izmabad.

And now, we’re happy to report he joins Deja Vu, on rotation with the equally heavyweight Afronaut and Mark Force (Bugz In The Attic), doing a show every other Friday night from 8pm till 10pm GMT. Expect not just deep house and broken beats, more like everything from Dancehall to Drum & Bass!
