DJ Nibbsy – Funky On A Friday – 6pm-8pm GMT playing soulful, vocal, deep, afro house every Friday
Nibbsy has always had a love for good music, from school days playing the keyboards in a group he formed with friends called ‘pure gold’.
It helped his talent be noticed as later on he was playing keyboards for Mafia at 100 club in Oxford Street, He was only 15 years old. Fluxy & Mafia are British reggae artist from North London.
Nibbsy’s next venture was playing keyboards for Toyin Adekale a British lovers rock singer, Toyin formed the group Pure & Simple playing at many shows, Notting Hill carnival being one of his favourites.

He started to think about a career and In 1986 he joined the London fire brigade completing 30 years’ service and retiring as a Watch Manager in 2016.
During this time he kept in touch with his passion and now he has retired he has now been able to put 100% into his love of music.
